Hai lớp điều hướng

OMS (docs/operating-memory/) — snapshot toàn dự án + bootstrap. Vào: OMS 00-START-HERE.
Knowledge Index (docs/knowledge-index/) — index chi tiết theo tài liệu/entity. Vào: knowledge-index/00-HOME.

Brain (thư mục này) = context pack per-domain load theo task (Router 00).
